Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the book back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earliest.

Send the book back to the address we give you in our reply, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
