Shipping and returns

Where we ship

Spain, the rest of the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Rates for your address are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Times

Each copy is printed on demand: production takes about 3–5 working days, then transit 2–7 working days in the EU depending on the service you choose. Pre-orders show their expected shipping date.

Customs

Within the EU there are no customs charges. Outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, US) import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged or misprinted books

Write to direccion@quantumhive.es with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, including shipping, at no cost.

Returns

You can return the book within 14 days under the right of withdrawal. We will tell you the return address in our reply; the direct cost of returning it is yours unless the book was faulty.
