Withdraw online
The main way to withdraw online is the shop's withdrawal button: Withdraw from contract here. It takes two steps: click "Withdraw from contract here", enter your name, order number and email address, then confirm your withdrawal. Once confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the date and time of your withdrawal. You can also withdraw by email or by post, using the form below.

Withdrawal information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise it, inform us (ASSEMBLR VENTURES, S.L., Calle Príncipe de Vergara 13, 4th floor, door E, 28001 Madrid, Spain, direccion@quantumhive.es) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email or a letter. For email, you can use the "Prepare withdrawal email" button, which opens your email program with the model form already filled in; your withdrawal is communicated when you send it to us. The quickest way is the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the shop footer and in your order emails: enter your details, confirm your withdrawal and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the book back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earliest.
Send the book back to the address we give you in our reply, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which for international shipments can be high (see the shipping page). You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Ebook
Ebook: you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, just as with the printed book.
"Machine of the Month" subscription: you may withdraw within 14 days of sign-up and we refund your first payment. After that you may cancel any time: you will not be charged again, but the current month is not refunded. If a plate does not arrive or is faulty, write to us and we will resend it or refund that month.
